Welcome to An In-Tents
Journey!
My
name is Emily -- I'm 25 years old and live in the western suburbs of
Chicago with my boyfriend, Robb, and our two cats (Hamlet and
Ophelia).
I started this journal as
a way to keep in touch and stay motivated during our 2014 thru-hike of the
Appalachian Trail. Robb and I will begin our Northbound hike in April. Here I will share the joys and struggles that we face in preparing for and attempting this journey.
